PREPARATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN’S CREATIVE SPEECH

Abstract

The publication is devoted to the analysis of the problem of future pre-school teachers preparation for the development of preschool children’s creative speech. The conceptual and terminological apparatus of the research is concretized. The analysis of the curriculum of the specialty 012 – «Preschool education» was carried out. It has been established that in order to ensure interdisciplinary connections among disciplines of different cycles in the process of future pre-school teachers’ preparation for the development of preschool children’s creative speech, it is possible to form future teachers’ ability to integrate knowledge from different disciplines. Integration can help to solve a variety of pedagogical situations and tasks, provide mobility and flexibility in the usage of knowledge, skills and abilities for the development of preschoolers’ creative speech during the pedagogical practice. It is confirmed that the readiness of future pre-school teachers to develop preschool children’s creative speech is the result of professional speech training in pedagogical free speech, which provides the formation of future teachers’ personal qualities, professionally oriented and creative speech knowledge, skills and abilities that allow them to project and organize effective creative speech activities with preschool children. It is established that the preparation of future teachers for the development of preschool children’s creative speech will be effective if the following pedagogical conditions are implemented: ensuring integration in the process of future teachers’ preparation for the development of preschool children’s creative speech; creation of a creatively-oriented speech environment of the kindergarten in the process of future teacher’s training. It is revealed that for effective preparation of future pre-school teachers for the development of preschool children’s creative speech it is necessary to make a creative-oriented speech environment and also provide a set of specially organized and targeted activities, pedagogical influences, changes in the traditional educational process, to direct students’ creative and speech activity.
