SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONALIZATION OF PEDAGOGICAL STAFF IN THE FIELD OF CORPORATE EDUCATION
Abstract
The system of professionalization of pedagogical staff in the field of corporate education is substantiated. This is a purposeful, systematically organized process of acquiring new competencies or expanding existing ones under the guidance of internal and external teachers, mentors, specialists and experts, as well as in the process of self-education. The system of professionalization of pedagogical staff in the field of corporate education is presented as a complex of interconnected structural and functional components. The conceptual and methodological component covers concepts, theories, models, regularities, principles, approaches, categorical apparatus, legislative and normative legal support and is based on the philosophical foundations of personality development in the context of general civilizational transformations caused by the rapid development of modern information and communication technologies and their significant expansion of lifelong learning opportunities and needs. The content-target component includes goals, content, plans, programs. Goals and objectives are determined by the company's mission and strategy. In terms of content, pedagogical staff in the field of corporate education primarily need knowledge of the basics of pedagogy, psychology and andragogy, andragogy management, as well as research, organizational, and communication skills. The project and technological component is provided by a complex of system-forming factors in the interaction of formal (basic education, professional training / hard skills), non-formal (corporate, in-house training / soft skills), informal education (self-education and reflection, tools of self-analysis and self-discovery). The resource and informational component provides psychological and pedagogical support and provides a continuous, time-distributed process of supporting the teaching staff at all stages of the professional path.
