METHODOLOGY OF ADVANCED TEACHING OF THE ACADEMIC DISCIPLINE «METHODOLOGY OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH» TO APPLICANTS OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
Abstract
The scientific article considered the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the development of professional competence of future teachers of higher education institutions in the field of scientific, technical and innovative activities. Scientific activity in higher education institutions is an integral part of the educational process and is carried out in order to integrate scientific and educational activities into the higher education system. With the adoption of the «concept for the development of the digital economy and Society of Ukraine for 2018-2020» by the Government, the development of the «digital society» has begun. The concept led to the transformation of professional activities of research and teaching staff to the needs and challenges of the digital economy and the «digital society». Under the influence of the digital economy and the demands of the digital society, the very process of organizing scientific activities is changing, namely, the search, processing, storage and display of information requires the use of electronic computing technology. In this regard, there is a need to train scientific and pedagogical personnel ready for updated professional scientific activities using the electronic educational space. The article analyzes current publications on the research topic. Unresolved aspects of the development of theoretical foundations for advanced teaching of professionally-oriented academic disciplines to applicants are highlighted. The use of mutual training technology in the methodology of pedagogical education of applicants will create a mechanism for acquiring professional competence by applicants in the field of scientific, technical and innovative activities. Based on the circumstances, needs and to achieve the goal, the article offers a variant of the author's methodology of advanced teaching of the academic discipline «methodology of scientific research» using pedagogical technology of mutual training of applicants.
