DIDACTICAL ASPECTS OF ADULT EDUCATION
Abstract
Didactic system of adult education should take into account the peculiarities of teaching adults: the presence of internal motivation to learning, helping himself to set himself the task, build a plan of its decision and implement it; independence as the ability to organize problem-solving process and manage it in accordance with this objective, the constant human desire to build their professional activity based on new information as a way for self-expression and self-development.
